I can not say enough wonderful things about Emerald Paw. Our 2 goldens know it by name and are impossible to settle down enough to get into the car when they know they are going there. All staff are fantastic making sure that they are happy and safe. The personalized service they give to each dog is beyond remarkable. Knowing our fur babies are being well taken care of when we are gone is so important and Emerald Paw does it better than any!
Emerald Paw is awesome, both their Pet Salon & Pet Resort. They take really good care of their pet guests and truly care about our furry family members. Our dog loves it there and comes home exhausted from playing with all her friends.

They consistently do an amazing job. I love the friendliness of the staff, they always try to listen to what you’d like, and our pup comes away looking like a sharp dressed man. They take pictures and share a report card after the grooming! I love that we can drop him off and pick him up and he doesn’t have to go in a cage. 5 stars!
My pup seems to have adapted joyfully to spending time at Emerald Paw! He is a pretty agreeable guy and gets so excited when staff welcomes him in and upon leaving his tail is wagging as he kisses staff goodbye. Clean areas and staff are very accommodating. You can tell they enjoy their time with your furry friends.

On the second visit they did an excellent job. Paws trimed shorter as directed. Used our provided shampoo; to avoid allergic rx, that might have been seasonal anyway... Absolutely A plus.

November 3, 2024I booked a trial stay for my dog. The staff were welcoming and so friendly! The atmosphere is so comforting when you enter. It smells great and feels calm. They gave me updates on my dog throughout the stay and my dog had a great time! As a dog professional myself, I am very impressed. I will definitely be back!

October 3, 2024Jenny and her staff do an amazing job caring for my Maggie Girl. They genuinely have the love for all pets and want the best for their stay. I've used several facilities over the years and Emerald Paw is unmatched and worth it all. I will forever bring my Maggie Girl to them and know she is having the time of her life!! When dropping her off for her second stay she walked straight up to the door, sat down and scratched as if to say "I'M READY! LET ME IN!". Maggie Girl loves absolutely everything she has to offer. The photos do not lie! Look at her smile!! When she sees Jenny she is absolutely in love. When you pick up your dog, you know they were in the best hands and had the best vacation. Thank you so much for creating this place!!

October 3, 2024I can't say enough good things about the Emerald Paw! Jenny and the staff are amazing! I never had to kennel my golden retrievers in the past so when I got a new puppy in the Spring, I decided to give it a try while he is young. I was so nervous leaving him the first time but they answered all of my MANY questions and put my mind at ease. He has now stayed two nights and did great! The facility has such a calming atmosphere and it's beautiful. My boy came home tired from playing and making new friends. They treated my boy like one of their own. I highly recommend leaving your dog with them! :)
